Charity is more than just giving money; it also involves love, compassion, and care for those in need. When we act charitably, we obey God and fulfill His work. Charity strengthens faith and helps build communities of believers.   

Imagine living unsheltered on the streets in this 100 + degree temperature.

Imagine not knowing where your next meal will come from.

Imagine being thirsty for a bottle of water that only costs ten cents.

Imagine dealing with mosquitos and flies.  The Dallas, Ft. Worth metroplex area is the third worse area for mosquitos in the country.

Imagine wearing the same pair of underwear for a week, or two, or longer!

Imagine only owning the clothes you’re wearing.

Imagine waking up on the sidewalk and finding out someone stole your shoes.

Imagine needing to relieve yourself, and no restroom in sight.

Imagine being alone and away from your loved ones.

The August Newsletter list 92 people we surveyed on the 11th by age, gender, first name, and any prayer concern they may have. Their ages were between 24 and 78. Two thirds of this group were men and one third women. I implore you to read the list of August prayer concerns. Your problems may be smaller than you think, count your blessings!

We are critically low on supplies and need your help.

Our goal is to take twelve to fifteen outreach team members to the Dallas City Hall, Labor Day weekend, Sunday September 1st.

The need for food, water, and supplies is overwhelming. Our goal is to take 130 Bags, 43 ladies’ personal care backpacks, 150 pair of new underwear, 144 containers of Insect repellent, 1000 Bottles of water, and 175 Hamburgers. Our clothing vehicle will be packed, along with a vehicle full of shoes.
